What will happen if I do not fill in my complete e-mail address?
You will not receive a copy of your order because it will bounce back to me and we will NOT fill
the order because a correct E-Mail address is important.

What will happen if you need to contact me and I do not respond to my e-mail?
The only reason I may have to contact you is to tell you the status of your order, ask a question or let
you know you filled out the form wrong. If, after three e-mails, you do not respond I will assume
you have changed your mind and do not want the product.

No, it is my personal opinion that all spammers should replace the minor drug offenders
in our prison system. I would much rather pay for their room and board as long as they

Can I make an order using the phone?
Yes But! You will still need to place your order on-line first and fill in
name, address and correct e-mail. Leave credit card number & expiration date blank.
Then you may call us and give us the number. This way we both have a copy of your order.
And the order form will calculate the shipping charges for both of us.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?
If it's in stock it will be sent out the next day.
All items are sent Priority Mail or UPS.
NOTE! - Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
And no, it rarely takes more than 1 or 2 weeks for your product to arrive.
Normally our wholesalers send shipments to us in 3 to 4 days.
But if an item is on back order at our wholesalers then we will get it when they get it.
Most orders leave within a few days.

Do you make any allowances to sending the product to a different address?
Yes! I have a soft spot in my heart for our men and women in the service.
If you wish to send a package to a military base address we will be happy to do so.
Fill out the order form with Your information and e-mail me the name/address you want it to go to.
Note! If you send a check or money order I'll send it anywhere you want it!
But remember the 10 business day wait on all personal checks.

What is your return policy?
All Sales are final. We will be glad to exchange defective items only within 30 days from date of sale.
Any items returned must be sent back pre-paid

No - Office hours are between 10:00 a.m. CST and 5:00 p.m. CST.
I am asleep at midnight and tend to have a bad attitude. I am not a night person.
Trust me.
